Quick find:

From earlier:
Dalaena [question] There's no honor decay. There might have been an
adjustment to the number due to the new system, but there's no
systematic decay that I know of.

And now...
Darion [question] Anyone else been losing clan honor?
Grythael [question] We have been for a few weeks.
Rosuav [question] It decays like old tomatoes
Darion [question] Every two weeks our total drops 10%
Darion [question] I've seen it happen before
Kailen [question] I hope its coded that way it keeps things competitive..
Darion [question] It was stated that honor did not decay, actually
Darion [question] Numerous times
Grythael [question] I had thought it may have been an implementation of
     decay over time.
Kailen [question] ah
Kailen [question] a shame.
Darion [question] Yes, that makes sense.  However, when we asked about this
last time we were told that there was no honor decay
[question] Kailen nods
Rosuav [question] Presumably at that time there wasn't. This is recent,
     like the new 'clans' command.
Grythael [question] Whatever it is, it's happening widely I think, Sier
reported it happening with his clan as well.
Rosuav [question] Hrm, although... Dal said not, only a week ago
Murgen [question] He asked about it since the new system was implemented.
     Dalaena was pretty clear.
Rosuav [question] Yeah, I just scrolled back and found it
Murgen [question] I agree with Kailen though.  If its a bug, its one that
     should be kept.
Darion [question] No, Rosuav, that isn't what happened.  We had this
conversation 2 weeks ago, the last time an honor deduction happened
Darion [question] With Dalaena, as I recall
Sanmireh [question] Was the conversation actually two weeks ago? It doesn't
feel like it's been that long. And you do recall it correctly, Darion.
[question] Kailen nods
Morvinia [question] Yep. They said they were going to look into but no
guarantee's that it would not stay. Admin is aware of it.
Darion [question] Rosuav?  Got some timestamps?
Rosuav [question] Yes. 20091011 122657.
Rosuav [question] Like I said, a week ago
Grythael [question] You really creep me out with your logging, you know?
Darion [question] He creeps everyone out.  But anyway
Rosuav [question] That's not logging, that's scrollback
Murgen [question] Only his logging?
Morvinia [question] Dal even turned around and asked Aristotle that was
right behind her. They are looking into the matter. IT has already
     been bugged.
-{Citizen}- Rosuav grins at Murgen
-{Citizen}- Murgen grins at Rosuav
Darion [question] So then it's 10% every week, since the last time we had
this discussion we had just been deducted against
-{Citizen}- Rosuav: Feel free to continue that line of discussion, although
            it's not question material
-{Citizen}- Rosuav: What else about me creeps you out?
-{Citizen}- Murgen hmms
-{Citizen}- Grythael: Did you just volunteer for us to continue talking
            about you being creepy?
-{Citizen}- Rosuav: Sure, people do anyway
-{Citizen}- Xanu: He wants to get it over with, I suppose.
-{Citizen}- Sajek: how creepy of him
-{Citizen}- Rosuav grins at Sajek
-{Citizen}- Grythael: How about you stop creeping us out, then we'll stop.
-{Citizen}- Rosuav: Such a complete change in my behaviour would be pretty
            creepy.
-{Citizen}- Xaxer defends Rosuav by pointing to Rosuav 's my space and says
he is not creepy  he is a GEEK there is a difference
-{Citizen}- Darion: He'll quote you on that three years from now
-{Citizen}- Rosuav chuckles
-{Citizen}- Xanu grins
-{Citizen}- Darion: Along with the date and time you said it
-{Citizen}- Abdalan: Get used to it
-{Citizen}- Abdalan: Life is moving in that general direction
-{Citizen}- Vonkar points out that Rosuav is a creepy geek
Levastire [politics] I mean, there's a reason people find Rosuav's constant
logging and disgorgement of those logs offensive
Abdalan [politics] The technology exists allows to log everyone all the
     tiem
Abdalan [politics] Because they foolishly believer in privacy on the
     internet
Levastire [politics] but there's basically (speaking broadly, outside of
Threshold) there's not very much that can be done about the Rosuavs of
     the world, aside from self-help
Abdalan [politics] Logging of course is not monitoring
Kailen [politics] He could use them for an attack down the road should you
try to doing anything publicly. That comes to mind first and foremost.
Abdalan [politics] That's true of any of us
Levastire [politics] I think logging and reposting is a form of monitoring
     - it's certainly at least a mild privacy invasion
Abdalan [politics] On the countrary, this is a very public forum
Levastire [politics] I'm not doing this to harp on Rosuav.  that's a very
mild form.  it's more about the overarching tendency of private actors
     to be increasingly intrusive
Abdalan [politics] Anyone who considers it otherwise has got some really
large paradigm shifts to go through
