Quick find:

Thresh died in the middle of the Kleiburn auction. The factotum.... isn't 100% perfect :) (I had had a lightning bolt pendant, it gave me... a heart-shaped one?) It didn't restore my torc (tough luck), my boots of striding (can replace), or my Fodor's pouches and bag of holding (annoying, but so be it).

Not sure what happened. I activated the Factotum (haven't had to use
that in years). That should do some gear recovery. If you obtain items you
shouldn't have, please send me a tell. I will be restoring Kleiburn items
that are missing as well if you do not have them. Remember the Factotum is
not perfect, since it only restores items that were saved in a certain
manner.
--- I got back on and went back to Kleiburn's wagon. Then suddenly I just got 'quit'ted, and on reconnecting, was told about the realm being in reincarnation. Next reconnection, no factotum. ARGH. ---

All Kleiburn items will be restored shortly. Please be patient. The
Factotum had to be disabled due to an overwhelming number of requests for
item restoration. You guys know how gear works on Threshold - crash = gone.
The Factotum was something created to restore a few things that were able
to be recovered. If folks aren't happy with what can be recovered, then we
just have to treat it like a normal reboot. I just can't have people
begging for gear restoration when you all should know better. ;(
... and much later ...
-{Citizen}- Kleiburn: sorry about whatever happened earlier tonight. :(
