     investigations due to having inconclusive evidence. We closed one case

You say, "When you say a case was closed due to a process violation, what
     do you mean?"
Lavumozar says, "When I started in the office we had a back log of
     investigations, One of these cases exceeded the 15 years allowed by
     the Judges to prosecute. So I closed the case to protect the accused
     rights as a citizen."
