-{Citizen}- Zeala: haha, I'm listening to a call I got monitored on.  This lady
            was just...gah.  She didn't know what a modem was and couldn't tell
            the difference between a phone line and an ethernet cable.
-{Citizen}- Zeala: 15 min call of me trying to get her to tell the difference
            between what a phone line was an an ethernet.  Can't listen
            anymore, it's painful.
